주식회사 오디에스오(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 이어로드 웹·모바일 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.

마이크·위치는 수집하지 않습니다. Android 알림 접근 시 메시지 등 비미디어 알림은 처리하거나 저장하지 않습니다. HealthKit과 Android 알림 접근은 선택 권한이며, 거부해도 수동 기록으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. Health 데이터는 진단·치료 목적이 아닙니다.
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 판매·제공하지 않습니다. 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 처리 업무를 위탁할 수 있으며, 일부 수탁자는 국외에 서버를 둡니다.

계정·데이터 삭제는 앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제 또는 고객센터(audiso@naver.com)로 요청할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 수집 사실이 확인되는 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
Audiso Co., Ltd. ("Company") complies with applicable privacy laws of the Republic of Korea. This Policy applies to the Earload web and mobile application ("Service").

We do not collect microphone or location. With Android notification access, non-media notifications such as messages are not processed or stored. HealthKit and Android notification access are optional; if denied, manual logging still works. Health data is not used for diagnosis or treatment.

We delete personal data when its purpose is fulfilled or when you delete your account, except where law requires retention.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account deletion via in-app Settings → Delete account, or by emailing audiso@naver.com.
The Service is intended for users aged 14+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
HTTPS/TLS in transit, least-privilege access, and reputable cloud infrastructure.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced in the Service or on this page.
